peterwknox: This is Jake, the dog my uncle stopped three lanes of highway traffic to rescue. I want to take him back to Brooklyn with me. This afternoon, I went to visit my granddad and got to see Shogun (a Border Collie) again. Every time I go there, Shogun barks at me until I kneel down and play with him. Then he’ll lie down and let me stroke him, but as soon as I stop and stand up, he’ll start barking at me again like he’s never seen me. Border Collies are weird, but dogs in general are ace.
