I’ve had this horrible unspecified sense of dread since sunday afternoon, and if it doesn’t stop soon, i’m going to lose my mind.

I get this feeling way too often. It’s a bad feeling to have anyway, and the fact that you can’t figure out why you have it only makes it worse.
