Carl Honore doesn’t think much about the speedy lifestyle most of us live:
Right across the world, people are doing the unthinkable: they’re slowing down and finding that although conventional wisdom tells you that if you slowdown you’re roadkill, the opposite turns out to be true. That by slowing down at the right moments, people find that they do everything better: they eat better, they make love better, they exercise better, they work better, they live better.
Presentations like this one are a nice reminder that just because everyone else seems to be picking up the pace doesn’t mean I have to. (via cubicle17 : swissmiss)
After the last three months, this is something I want to bring into the new year.
