Happy Birthday, Granddad I’ve posted this picture before, and I’m going to post it again. It’s my granddad’s 85th birthday tomorrow. He fought in the Second World War and then he was a firefighter, until he retired at 65. In that time, he became a husband, a father and a grandfather. Since he retired, he’s become a great-grandfather, a widower and has lost a son-in-law. Tomorrow, he’s 85 years old and he’s still going strong. Happy birthday, Granddad.
