As much as I love Google Maps, I’m pretty sure right here that it’s trying to kill me by making me swerve wildly across lanes before making a 20-foot jump through a barrier and onto the motorway on-ramp below.

The drive itself looks as annoying as hell with all the stopping and starting, but this video looks great.
Taken while I was killing time, waiting for my taxi to show up.
The taxi driver caught me trying to take another photo and when I got in the car he asked me what I was doing. When I told him I was taking a photo of the Stop sign, he looked at me funny.
Driving home tonight, a police car with lights and sirens going went screaming past me the other way near home. About a mile further along, another police car with lights and sirens came round the corner at the other end of a long straight, heading towards me.
The two-lane road road was pretty busy so I stopped, and so did the traffic going the other way. There was a gap of about 20 feet between us for the police car to overtake all of the traffic in front of him (about 20 cars), so he was heading right towards me before he jinked back through the gap and got back on his own side of the road.
He must have been doing about 80mph and just before he jinked back to his own side of the road, he double-flashed his headlights at me as thanks. He was about 20ft from me when he did it and he was caning it.
It was pretty cool.
