I really enjoyed this article, and I learned from the comments that the famous ‘Earthrise’ photo should actually be rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise, so that the moon is on the right.

In the 60s, Joseph Kittinger rode a helium balloon as close as you can get to Space and then jumped out. And recorded it.

Video also has a Pelican track as the soundtrack, which makes it twice as sweet.
